On WOT website mainpage is a article about the upcoming (and tardy) changes in the Russian tank with the new KV4. This tank is going to be availble in the 7.2 update. Writing has no dates yet on the update but its still an interesting tank to consider it your interested. Main gun examples listed were the 107mm as a starter and the 130mm howitzer for you DERP fans. the KV4 is not due in patch 7.2 but in 7.3 so an even longer wait overlord has said that 7.2 still might take as much as another 6 weeks before release.

so for 7.3 you are looking at 8-12 weeks after 7.2 before the russian's get there new tanks.
