Wow... this Iron Front.... if this is half as good as it seems to be from the trailer... I want one!
Although, the game seems to be "large" while the commotion about it very small. I tried googling and looking for videos on youtube. For a game that looks so good and is close to being released (as i've read on the official forum it was supposed to be released Q4 2011 / Q1-2 2012) there isnt much info about it. Some screens and one trailer. That's all?

This worries me.... that the whole game might be a bit of a scam. And that in fact it might be some poorly coded bag of bugs with most planned features dropped. Even their official forum is almost dead with just a couple of posts.
I couldn't even find any info on how the game will be sold. I guess it's a stand alone boxed game with one time fee (buy the game = play online) but I'm just guessing.
Anyways, if someone knows something more please share. It looks like this game might be quite awesome if it works and looks like in the trailer.

They are a new developer I'm almost certain, or at least a small-time one compared to the big shooters that get most of the attention (i.e. Treyarch, Bethesda). So they're shadowed by the bigger producers. Of course, if the game is good enough, it'll undoubtedly receive the necessary popularity. Plus, it's PC only, so that likely means some sort of deal with Steam. Thus leading to more advertising, sales, etc.

EDIT: Regarding how well the game will be (the quality, amount of developer support) I took a look into Deep Silver which I think is the gaming department for a larger corporation named Koch Media, founded in Germany. They are the creators of the latest hit, Dead Island, which I recall receiving decent reviews, averaging around 80%, 4/5 stars by X-Play, and also some awards.

What is most reassuring is that the game started receiving a lot more recognition a few months before its release, so by the looks of it Deep Silver likes to start advertising and hyping up their games a little closer to the deadline (no pun intended) so that the excitement doesn't go down. Another very promising piece of evidence is that they fixed a *ton* of bugs that were discovered in Dead Island the same day it came out, which is astonishing. Sounds like some good support right there.

Sure, that means they released a buggy game. But hey, nothing is perfect, and at least they fixed them as soon as possible and apologized. What more can they do? Iron Front is also using the same engine Arma II does, from my understanding.
