Stay with it. This sim takes some time and effort to learn. Landings for example will come with time. I still break the wheels off at times when I get careless.

Hi Drew.
A piece of advice. Most Il-2 piilots have a moral codex, like don't shooting people in parachutes.
Personally I tend to give newbies a lot of freebies because og their willingness to try to learn the ropes; Since IL-2 have a steep learning curve. But vulturing and unfair play on your part on training servers are like sawing the branch you are sitting on. I am refering to a few weeks ago whe I joined to train air to air with with Deador.
I such case I get a very vindictive attitude. Somthing I also noted in others ;-) No name calling.
You can still achieve airkills by flying the same year as the rest of us. Most airkills are still achieved on unexepeted bandits.
We all want to help you to acheive your potential, but there are some unspoken rules you will need to obay.
If you lower the bar, there are no lack of pilots following your example and no one to raise it again.

We were all new to IL-2 at one time. Do you best and learn to fly and feel that plane your flying. It is definitely an experience.
