Completion of basic flight training leads to the bronze award. The basic test consistes of the ability to demonstrate the standards outlined in basic training class. Basically the ability to successfully complete with out crashing taxi, takeoff and landing with no assistance and no external view in a bf109E three times in a row.

Intermediate training is a little more complicated in that you have to demonstrate the air combat maneuvers, stall recovery and formation flying. Completion of this one will grant you the silver award.

Advanced training consists of sucessful demonstration of navigation, combat and sucessful completion of a online mission which is the culmination of all previous learning. This will grant you the gold award.

Sound difficult. It is but we bring applicatns to proficiency so they will be able to pass each test. It is hard work demanding practice. Several have already sucessfully completed various phases of training so it is not impossible.
