After a couple of hundred matches with this mod I have to conclude that the stats do in fact have a meaning.
Players with 46% or less in a T10 tank is always a wasted slot. They do not hit their targets, they die quickly and generally drag the team down. Someone with less than 44% is usually only good for soaking up damage...
This sounds really harsh, but it is my careful observation.
When half the team is red, but they only have support roles like medium, low level heavies or scout tanks, you can still win the game. If your top 5 tanks are red, you are doomed to loose, unless the enemy team is equally bad.
Everybody is crying about the matchmaker, when in reality the player skill makes up for so much more than what tnak they are in.
The win ratio by itself does not say that much however, you always need to look at both figures.
High win ratio with less than 1100 effiency means the player is not good, but plays in a very good platoon, or more likely in company battles/clanwars with an exceptional team. The opposite would be a low winrate with high efficiency (1400+), meaning he does his best but his teams usually fail.
If you meet a player in top tier tank with red rating and 600-800 efficiency just ignore it. They will call you noob after dying within 2 minutes.
